A minimun of $500 transaction fee, or 10% of the final sales price.


• Fill out the Escrow Inquiry Form.
• Review and Submit your escrow inquiry.
• Click on the link in your verification e-mail to confirm your escrow inquiry.


• We review your escrow inquiry and contact you to initiate the escrow process.
• We prepare escrow documents for the buyer and seller.
• We confirm the receipt of funds from the buyer and submit the transfer request to the Registrar of record.
• Once the Registrar completes the transfer and the new Registrant appears in the public WhoIs, we disburse the sale amount, minus the transaction fee, to the Seller.
